Introduction
Tom Figg is an independent land use consultant specializing in the fields of community redevelopment, municipal planning, economic development, entitlement permitting and housing programs. Mr. Figg has served a wide variety of public and private clients in an assortment of capacities and diverse project assignments. He has also served as Mayor and Councilmember in his hometown of Port Hueneme. This broad exposure and interaction has equipped Mr. Figg with a diverse skill set with emphasis on strategic planning, problem-solving and project implementation.
